fresh okra, washed, dried and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 medium
onions, finely chopped

chillies, slit lengthwise
- 1 tsp cumin
seeds
- 1 tsp
ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp coriander
powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
powder

powder
- 1/2 tsp garam
masala powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
