Ingredients:
500g minced
meat (keema)

medium-sized potatoes (aloo), peeled and cubed

medium-sized onions, chopped
1 tablespoon
ginger paste
1 tablespoon
garlic paste
1 teaspoon
cumin seeds (zeera)
1 teaspoon
coriander powder (dhania powder)
1 teaspoon
red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon
turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 teaspoon
garam masala powder
Salt to
taste
1/4 cup oil
Fresh
coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Heat oil in
a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Add onions
and fry until they turn translucent.
Add ginger
paste and garlic paste and fry for a minute.
Add minced
meat (keema) and fry until it changes color.
Add
coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover and
cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the keema is cooked through.
Add cubed
potatoes (aloo) and garam masala powder. Mix well.
Cover and
cook on low heat for another 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and
the keema is cooked through.
Garnish with
fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
