Ingredients:

1 kg beef, cut into small cubes

3-4 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped

2 medium-sized onions, chopped

3-4 green chilies, sliced

2-3 tbsp ginger, finely chopped

2-3 tbsp garlic, finely chopped

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp coriander seeds

1 tsp red chili flakes

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp garam masala powder

Salt to taste

Oil for cooking

Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions:

In a large karahi or wok, heat oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and coriander seeds and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add onions and sauté until they become translucent. Then add ginger and garlic and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add beef and mix well with the onion mixture. Cook until the beef changes color and is slightly browned.

Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, red chili flakes, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook until the tomatoes become soft and the mixture becomes thick and saucy.

Sprinkle garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for another 5-10 minutes until the beef is cooked through and tender.

Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve hot with naan bread or rice.
