Ingredients:
500g boneless fish, cut
into cubes
2 cups basmati rice,
washed and soaked for 30 minutes
3 onions, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp ginger-garlic
paste
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt, to taste
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2-3 green chilies, sliced
1/2 cup fresh coriander
leaves, chopped
1/2 cup mint leaves,
chopped
1/2 cup fried onions
Instructions:
In a large pot, bring 6
cups of water to a boil. Add the soaked rice and 1 tsp of salt. Cook the rice
until it is 80% done, then drain and set aside.
In a separate pan, heat
oil and fry the sliced onions until they are golden brown. Remove the onions
from the oil and set aside.
In the same oil, add the
ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute until fragrant. Add the chopped tomatoes
